The pplicable fuel can be biomass, syngas, wood gas ,woodchip gas and coal gas etc. By assimilating gas engine concerning technologies of Mixer, Ignitions System, Governor System from , HEINZMANN, ALTRONIC, IMPCO, STITT, our gas generator set can work at reliable performance, easy for maintenance, much longer life-span and very economic in price based on wonderful quality. Furthermore, special requirements for CHP System (combined heat and power), ATS, Soundproof Canopy, Parallel & Synchronization Control panel can be satisfied. By using materials such as wood chips, wood poweders, rice hull, straws and nut shell, to produce combustive biomass through gasifier to drive the engine, which can replace the expensive oil resources and  have comprehensive economic profit and eliminate the pollution at the same time.


On the basis of biomass combustion features like low calorific value and high tar oil, we use **0 series and **0 series engines for  biomass generating set, those engines have charateristics like low speed, big bore and long stroke, big cylinder, naturally aspirated etc. Our biomass engines is compact in structure, easy operation, reasonable layout, easy to maintain and long lifespan etc.

Biomass/Syngas quality requirements for Ettes Power biomass engine generator set 
1). Before entering into engine, the biomass should be appropriate filtering, gas-liquid separation and pressure regulation. If the temperature is too high, it should be through cooling treatment, and make sure there is no liquid contents in the gas. 
2). Gas temperature≤*0℃,Gas pressure 2.5~*0kpa, 
Pressure change rate≤1kPa/min, tar content≤*0mg/Nm3, 
H2S content≤*0mg/Nm3, Impurities particle size≤5μm, 
moisture content≤*0 mg/Nm3, impurity content≤*0mg/Nm3,
heat value≥4MJ/Nm3.
